The 12mm band is accessible to the Advanced license class only

• Advanced operators using modes C3F or J3E or R3E are limited to 400 watts pX
• Advanced operators using other modes are limited to 120 watts pY

• 24.000 – 24.050 GHz is a Primary Amateur allocation
• 24.050 – 24.250 GHz is a Secondary Amateur Allocation
• 24.048 – 24.250 GHz is reserved for Narrow band modes
