The Australian Amateur Band Plan – 15M
The 15M band is accessible to all licence classes
- Transmission bandwidth should not exceed 8KHz
- Foundation operators are limited in power output to 10 Watts pX
- Standard operators using emission modes J3E or R3E are limited to 100 watts pX
- Standard operators using other modes are limited to 30 watts pY
- Advanced operators using emission modes J3E or R3E are limited to 400 watts pX
- Advanced operators using other modes are limited to 120 watts pY

- 21.000 – 21.450 MHz is a Primary Amateur allocation
- 21.000 to 21.450 MHz is available for CW operation
- 21.070 to 21.150 MHz is available for Digital modes
- 21.150 to 21.450 MHz is available for SSB operation
- 21.150 is reserved for Beacons
