The Australian Amateur Band Plan – 30M
The 30M band is accessible to the Advanced licence class only
- Transmission bandwidth should not exceed 8KHz
- Advanced operators using emission modes J3E or R3E are limited to 400 watts pX
- Advanced operators using other modes are limited to 120 watts pY

- 10.100 – 10.150 MHz is a Secondary Amateur Allocation
- 10.100 to 10.150 MHz is available for CW operation
- 10.120 to 10.130 MHz is available for SSB operation
- 10.130 to 10.15 MHz is available for Digital modes
It is recommended that SSB stations operate above 10.120 MHz whenever possible and should avoid interfering with digital mode stations (FT8) on 10.131 MHz and 10.136 MHz.
