The 4mm band is accessible to the Advanced license class only

• Advanced operators using modes C3F or J3E or R3E are limited to 400 watts pX
• Advanced operators using other modes are limited to 120 watts pY

• 76.000 – 77.500 GHz is a Secondary Amateur allocation
• 77.500 – 78..000 GHz is a Primary Amateur allocation
• 78.000 – 81.000 GHz is a Secondary Amateur allocation
