Additional Notes

The 2025 ACMA LCD was changed in to include a prohibition of transmitting within the frequency range of 3.400 GHz to 3.600 GHz for large parts of Australia. These areas were gazetted by way of a geographic coding system used by the ACMA called the Hierarchical Cell Identification Scheme (HCIS).

In the instance of 3.4 to 3.6 GHz the current exclusion zone codes are:

These codes may be interpreted as geographical areas with the aid of Google Earth. The geographic areas where Amateurs are not permitted to transmit in the 3.4 to 3.6 GHz frequency range are identified here in violet shaded areas.
